Head: I'm not sure this will affect anything much? Pick one that looks nice lol
Arms: Bearga
Legs: I think Cobra's are good Basically anything with a sturdy base
Core: Accele

Can I use my spin core or torque core

Yes, but from what I've heard Accele is the best, Spin is second, and torque is third. Of course, it's whatever works for you!
