Surge Strike Discussion
The Surge Strike Arena is a B-Daman arena released by Hasbro. It consists of five long blocks that lock when pushed all the way to the other side. I honestly believe this is better than the Break Bomber for the following reasons:
-The Surge Strike Arena is very portable. Much more so than the Break Bomber. It can easily be carried in a plastic bag like the one found at grocery stores without worrying about anything falling out (ie the bricks in the Break Bomber).
-The Surge Strike is very easy to set up. It takes 5 seconds max to reset it after a battle. The Break Bomber usually takes longer.
-The Surge Strike Arena has very few parts, so its easy to keep track of. The small bricks in the Break Bomber can get lost or misplaced, especially during a tournament.
-The Surge Strike Arena allows all types to have a chance. The Break Bomber does this too, but I'm just saying. Power to hit the blocks harder, Rapid Fire to hit the blocks faster, Control to hit the blocks you want to. Believe it or not, control actually does help here. You need to hit the right blocks, such as ones closer to being locked, or ones your opponent is hitting.
-The battles aren't extremely long, but they aren't extremely short either. In my experience, it takes about seven-ten shots to lock one block, without an opponent. The battles wouldn't be as long as the Break Bomber, but they'd be longer than ten seconds either.
Any thoughts?

I think it could definitely be a legal arena since it is at around the same level as the BB. It would help those who don't own a BB to still host tournaments, or even help to provide a broader range of test results

Interesting idea, though compared to the bb more marbles go flying, a problem we need to address.

Although I currently don't own either stadium I would say we should allow the surge strike. Break Bomber takes a while to set up and unless everyone has a break bomber at an event, the event will take longer than just using a surge strike. From what I've heard and seen the surge strike also looks a lot more transportable (Like Leone19) said in the OP making it easier to carry. I think we should use this arena, but obviously it comes down to what the Admins have to say.

Going against what I said earlier (though I still think it is a viable option) there is a bit of a problem. I was watching a video on the SS, and one problem the guy pointed out was that the bars could be unlocked if hit hard enough. Not sure how big of a problem this might be.
